The owners of a home where police used tear gas to subdue a suspect intend to sue over the damage to their house and their health.

Richard and Holly Kendall claim that the release of tear gas to subdue their tenant was unnecessary, and that the town let them back in their home without warning them of potential health effects.

In the legal equivalent of running up the score, the National Football League is going to the Supreme Court in search of a bigger victory in an antitrust tussle over team merchandise than it already won from a lower court.

The Supreme Court could decide as early as Monday whether it will hear the case, which involves American Needle Inc.’s challenge to the league’s exclusive contract for selling headwear such as caps and hats with team logos on them. American Needle, of Buffalo Grove, Ill., is also urging high court review. Football team owners hope the high court will issue a broader decision that would insulate the NFL against costly, frivolous antitrust lawsuits.

Punching their fists into the air and shouting “Let’s crush them!” some 100,000 North Koreans packed Pyongyang’s main square Thursday for an anti-U.S. rally as the communist regime promised a “fire shower of nuclear retaliation” for any American-led attack.

Several demonstrators held up a placard depicting a pair of hands smashing a missile with “U.S.” written on it, according to footage taken by APTN in Pyongyang on the anniversary of the day North Korean troops charged southward, sparking the three-year Korean War in 1950.

North Korean troops will respond to any sanctions or U.S. provocations with “an annihilating blow,” one senior official vowed — a pointed threat as an American destroyer shadowed a North Korean freighter sailing off China’s coast, possibly with banned goods on board.

I see once again the claim has been made that people are being scared off because they don’t “think” like others here.

I have been here since the very early days and people with gripes have come on gone, I call them carpet bombers.

The one difference is that they are now all lefty, anti-Fox people who make it a point to complain about Fox and then “claim” they are run off by the welcome or the disagreement with their assessment of Fox coverage.

Is it a coincidence that it happen to start just about the same time as another poster who values other new broadcast more then fox?

I don’t believe in coincidence.

Hello again,

You folks have really been busy! I don’t get to talk much because of my schedule. I really miss the joust. Anyway, what do you think Obama should do about North Korea’s saber rattling? I believe this this the dreaded 3:00 A.M. call Hillary talked about during the campaign. I suspect that Kim Jong sees Obama as a worm. I truly hope that our president surprises this thug (and me); because I don’t want nuclear weapons made available to every nutcase tyrant who wants them.
