The answer to mysterious cat killings that horrified pet owners and disturbed residents of two South Florida communities for months was not far away from where the animals’ mutilated bodies were discovered, authorities say.
In some cases, investigators said the suspect was just a few houses away.
Tyler Hayes Weinman, whose divorced parents live in the neighborhoods where many of the cats were killed, was charged Sunday with 19 counts each of animal cruelty and improperly disposing of an animal body.
Alisyn, I beg you to never post those websites again. I cannot unsee what has been seen.

California state and local officials are suing Target Corp., accusing the retailer of dumping hazardous waste in landfills around the state.
Attorney General Jerry Brown, 20 district attorneys and the Los Angeles city attorney jointly filed a complaint Monday in Alameda County Superior Court. They claim more than 200 Target stores have been dumping waste such as flammable aerosol canisters, propane canisters and corrosive spray cleaners into landfills for the past eight years.

North Korea may fire a long-range ballistic missile toward Hawaii in early July, a Japanese news report said Thursday, as Russia and China urged the regime to return to international disarmament talks on its rogue nuclear program.
The missile, believed to be a Taepodong-2 with a range of up to 4,000 miles (6,500 kilometers), would be launched from North Korea’s Dongchang-ni site on the northwestern coast, said the Yomiuri daily, Japan’s top-selling newspaper. It cited an analysis by the Japanese Defense Ministry and intelligence gathered by U.S. reconnaissance satellites.
The missile launch could come between July 4 and 8, the paper said.
Dear Gini: It appears whe need to create a medical division so that we can conduct research on some subjects in order to be able to figure out how to trick them into buying our prouduct so tht they can at least consider that perhaps their focus may be based on propaganda put out by fraudulent competing cookie companies. The normal buying decision process may not be effective when targeting a protion of the market that does not make their selections based up on reality or common sense, but upon talking points from unsuccessful companies who are using the ill-infored to boost their ratings since they have lost so much of their market share to more responsilble organizations
The President said that Fox News is slanted to one side, look at abc,
is that fair and balance?, they dont want you to hear the side of the story,
look who is slanted to one side… abc cbs nbc msnbc cnbc cnn… they are slanted to one side,
they only tell you what [ they want ] you to hear,
Fox News is fair and balance..not like the other networks.
thats why Fox News is number ONE.
Its about time we hear from President Bush.
Yes, they have all “forgotten” the Bush bash fest that took place for 5 years whether he deserved it or not. Not once did we hear from Bush, though, that he felt picked on by anyone. He was a real man. Even libs are saying Obama needs to “man up”. And that San Fransisco newspaper guy Bronstien about how the media needs to “get a room” with Obama they are so in love with him. Obama has lost over 5 points in the polls since April.
Good Morning Carolyn
I cant stay.. have to go to work.. but your so right,
talk to you soon.

Phil Bronstein’s article
Sal, here you go!

Nixon was a socialist – I bet nobody even knew that!
Many historians regard Reagan’s chief legacy to be his resurrection of the conservative wing of the Republican Party and its political agenda. In doing so Reagan redefined the parameters of American political debate. After U.S. voters soundly rejected Goldwater’s conservatism in the 1964 election by electing Johnson with the largest popular majority ever at 61 percent, conservatives appeared to occupy the far-right extreme of the U.S. political spectrum. Republican presidents Nixon and Ford were largely moderates who did not challenge the social policies and government economic regulation put in place by the New Deal policies of Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Great Society programs of Lyndon Johnson. At one point in his presidency, Nixon even proposed a guaranteed income for all Americans.

The United States says it has deployed anti-missile defenses around Hawaii, following reports that North Korea is preparing to fire its most advanced ballistic missile in that direction to coincide with the U.S. Independence Day holiday next month.
Last week, the communist regime vowed to bolster its nuclear arsenal and threatened war to protest U.N. sanctions in the wake of its May 25 nuclear test. It conducted its first nuclear test in April, and there are suspicions it is preparing for a third.
U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates said Thursday that the military has set up additional defenses around Hawaii, consisting of a ground-based mobile missile system and a radar system nearby. Together they could shoot an incoming missile in mid air.
Thanks Dog for that article,
Thats President George W Bush…. a man with class… doesnt want to criticize his successor,
President Bush defended his Presidency for the last 8 years, from the terrorists at Gitmo and defended the interrogation techniques that were used on Terrorists to save American lives,
to the economic crisis, to bring democracy to all corners of the world,
President Bush did what he had to do to keep America safe,
but he paid the price for it, his popularity, but history will tell,
President George W Bush…. Thank you for serving our great country.

A friend of mine shared this:
“Why do people who know the least know it the loudest?”
When I was in my 20’s I was working in a downtown restuarant. ONe day the owner, a cary but elegant man, took me aside and told me that the kitchen staff was complaining that I was “hostile”.
I had no idea how my attitude was affecting others. I knew I was stressed out because I was student teaching in one town 50 miles away, coming home after school and waitressing at night, and my boyfriend lived 65 miles in the other direction and I had to learn Greek for my night job!
When we are younger we think we know EVERYTHING and we are determined to let EVERYONE know it. When young most never examine themselves or even consider how we come off to others. We were just too selfish and egocentric to consider that others were valid or perhaps wiser.

I love fox news but come on, are you people for real, enough with the president swatting the fly
and all the chatter about animal rights. Good grief, get a life. I want to see real news when I trurn
to fox news.Don’t let me down , ok
Dyer? Collins?
How bad are those other networks doing,
to send someone here to tell us to watch another network,
Fox News is number one.
Guess there’s yet another lost remote in the world.
I think that fox news appears to be slanted because they report the stories that the other stations won’t. If the other stations would also report some of the very meaningful things that are being done by this administration, then fox wouldn’t seem biased. Fox doesn’t need to air the fluffy “he’s so cool” stories because they are already overwhelming the rest of the news stations. There is only one place for the other side of the story. I think that the President is quite biased. He’s got all the other stations fawning over him. Don’t we deserve just one station that tells us what we want to know instead of what the Administration wants us to know?
WTF?? anis nin green room?????
Well said Maddy,
Morning Me.
Hey Sal!! I could not get the Sunday page to load so waited till everyone got here! Hows it going?
Hi Me,
Im pretty good.. theres to many comments on the other page,
thats why it wont load.. I think.
Thanks Sal
Hi everyone. Good morning!
I’m trying to think of something to say about the shapewear for men, but just can’t find anything.
Thanks for your comment on my blog & replied did you see?
Shapeware for men…Thank God… I dont need anything like that…lol
Yes I did, I was there the other day.. and this morning.
Hi Maddy I was just poking around on you blog
Maddy: And that is exactly why so many of us prefer Fox because we are getting much more information than those who listen only to the selectively anti-conservative painted stories on most other networks. That is why I listen to Rush, as well. Like the messenger or not, I sure feel that I have a much more rounded idea of what is happening in the world that the drive bys never investigate beyond what negative impact a “story” will have on repbulicans and conservatives. My lib friends are always astounded when I am able to tell the “other side” of a story or explain another take on an issue that would never have penetrated their inclination to believe everything they hear from some other left-leaning or even admittedly sychophants of Obama.
HI Me
I somehow feel disassociated saying that….lol Not much there yet on the blog. Just me flappin’ my gab.
LOL I disassociate often that why I remind myself I’m Me LOL LOL just kiddin
Carolyn, Betty, Me, Maddy,
Have a great day…time for work.
Save me a plate Sal, see ya soon
Good Morning All of you wonderful people
G; morning Mac, how’re you doing? Your storm seems to have skirted me last night but a mile or so. I saw it coming directly from the north and we got some wind but it hugged the gulf & I got very little rain.
Have a great day at work Sal, catch you later.
God I am so sick of hearing about Obamas health care plan..
Why don’t they just call it what it really is.
It’s not about health care at all .
The whole thing is just about the Government Controling us all in every aspect of our life.
” The Obama Control Plan ”
The present controling administration are the only ones pushing this. The American People have continually stated that they don’t want it. And yet this Obama administration continues to try to slam it through anyways. If this gets through, I fear that we are pretty much finished as a free country.
Everyone shouting for them to stop, but they just ignor us and press on against all of our protest. We all really need to find the way to stop them, before it becomes really imposible.
Good Morning Betty,
I figured it would hit you around 9:30ish. was I close ?
I bet that Fly wished it had heathcare
Me,
Well if that fly was too young or too old or was not a perfectly healthy fly, well I guess we saw the medical treatment.
Me and Maddy were talking the other day and we both agreed that we can’t remember ever feeling our lives have been as INTERUPED as they are now.
What disgusted me about the fly was that Omaggot didn’t even wash his hands after swatting, ewww. Want to shake that nasty hand?
Everyday, there is something new we don’t want to see happen to America, and everyday we feel like there is nothing we can do to stop any of this.
You go to bed and wake up the next day and you find out 4 or 5 more anti American polices have been pushed throuh.
Mac, the storm was fast moving, hit Naples around 7 – 7:3o, though it skimmed me (barely). We got some wind but it moved west enough to hit the coastline, very little rain.
The Obamacare horror story you won’t hear

Betty,
Glad to hear you had no damages
Betty, Yeah I saw that – I follow Michelle on Twitter..
Good morning Mac and Maddy. Maddy did you notice last night that I am Liz K, not Liz?
You know The Judge ( Napolitano ) on Fox.
I have heard him talk about a Constitutional Convention.
I would really like to know more about that.
Good Morning Liz K,
I saw another one – Lizbeth LOL
Sure fooled me Duhhh – how bout you Huuh
I’ve been married for almost 41 years, and fortunately, my husband still doesn’t need any help from shaping underwear. That’s all I can think to say about the product!
Liz K, I did notice
I saw you posted right after Liz did, so I paid close attention. Well, My hubby doesn’t need shaping underwear either, but even if he did, I’d still think he was the perdiest thing I’ve ever seen
Carylinro, my liberal friends usually don’t want to hear the other side. Because they think if it didn’t come from the msm that it’s biased.
to be honest, no offense Fox, but I’d really like more hard-hitting reporting. We’ve got some really great people on here, but I miss the days when reporters would truly follow a story from start to finish, and they’d be things that were very important. I’m not really interested in the Hollywood/Reality type gossip that i see. Sometimes the news feels more like entertainment, instead of information.
I like Bret Behr (I know I spelled it wrong), he’s a straight reporter, and Glenn, although he considers himself a commentator, I learn so much in his 1 hour show. When I get done watching that, I’m ready to come to the internet, and verify things, and see what else I can find.
I think it’s because I’m feeling so serious right now, that I want more serious news.
Operation Kool Aid Soak is being called an initial success in spite of Denver’s attempt to divert the helicopters. Denver residents tried to avoid Kool Aid exposure by hiding out in local donut shops, but in a surprise move by the Donut Party, all shops were immediately turned into soaking centers. The mass recall on cookie dough, however, has seriously undermined our plan for a PAYG tax on Kool Aid. All funds that were to be collected for Operation Kool Aid Soak will now have to be diverted to the Department of Cookies. We will have no choice but to also add a Value Added Tax on all Kool Aid purchases. (The beauty of the VAT is that even if Kool Aid consumption is mandatory, the constituency still has to fund it.) R & D has been temporarily halted until the VAT is collected and dispersed to the appropriate departments, so we are considering a single flavor Kool Aid, with the goal being universal Kool Aid coverage. We know that our constituents can’t be trusted to make their own decision in this regard, but it also behooves us to let them think that they are the ones who came up with the single flavor concept. We are confident that after the recent soakings, most constituents will be very open to a single Kool Aid flavor. Of course the success of the project will depend on marketing, so we are vigorously investigating name recognition trials as we speak. Our office is going to push the investigation of the cookie dough recall. This crisis can not go to waste!
Hmmm, don’t you think Operation Kool Aid Soak is a bit too informative? I think it should be called the Citizen Refreshment Initiative. That sounds less “aggressinve”
That is a very astute observation. I will forward a memo to the Cookie Czar for her immediate attention to this suggestion. Do not be surprised if she, in her infinite wisdom, recommends you to an important cabinet position.
I’m really ticked off I’m the Czar of all the Czars and nobody informed me the conversation was moved to this blog. Be the king Czar I should be the first one notified. Besides this loads so much faster. LOL
Dear Czar of all Czars: Please accept my humble apology for the memo about the page move not being sent to you. I have reprimanded the staffer of the staffer of the staffer whose job it was to notify you. Mind you this was his only job, and he failed at it. He is the same staffer that failed to notify the staffer of the staffer of my staffer about the travel plans to Tahiti. Not to worry: he has been remanded to egg duty in the kitchen.
Thank you kindly Sterling, I will sleep better tonight knowing someone else is suffering. My bitterness has overwhelmed me with hate. Goodness I feel like a liberal. LOL
Good afternoon. The Cookie Czar is in fr the deck and remarkably, the sunshine, after a ferocious storm this morning. The Grand Kids, were here, and we did have a very good time. I am sure we are in for more storms, however, this afternoon was gorgeous, tho very very hot!!!! Thankfully, the pool cooled everyone off nicely…God is good, for sure. lol
As the Cookie Czar, I must agree with John, the Czar of Czars (and most able agent) but also must complain that no notice was sent to my staff or staffers, hum? lol
Sterling I do appreciate your quick action. Being filled with bitterness and hate I love to see others suffer. Makes me feel so much like a liberal it scares me. Sterling you will be rewarded for you actions. It will be in your next stimilus check.
I must think the chief in chg of all staff memos and memo’s to staff, was playing in the pool with her children, my Grand Kids, and was negligent in her duties to inform all Czars, dept heads, bureau chiefs, their staff and staffers as well as those who just came along, of the move.
Word press is working eating my posts
As the official spokesman for the VRWC, it is my duty to inform everyone that it is now strictly forbidden to directly address the specimen as such actions have proven to interfere with the goals of our experimentation. Any questions or comments on this new policy are to be made only within the bunker and at the sole audience of Queen Gini. Thank you for your cooperation and have a bitter day!
I hope someone pays dearly for this inaction. Being filled with bitterness and hate has lead to this. I must be turning into a liberal. Someone help me!!
Our bitterness is so fulfilling I may become a liberal.. Someone HELP me!!! LOL
Don’t forget ANGRY!!!!
I would like to see some severely punished for these oversights. Thank you Sterling for your quick actions. You will see a bonus in your next stimilus check. Enjoy your cruise. LOL
I’m more bitter than you are!
Naa naa naa naa naa naa!
OK, now I’m really angry and bitter that nobody read this on the other page

Hi John, I know exactly how you feel……I’m over at the Shapewear page being angry and bitter
I hope one day to be as bitter as you are. I working on it. You are an inspiritation. LOL
I will cease my bitterness long enough to apologize to you. Now I’m really bitter and angry.
Gotta run see you all later. Going to a great gospel concert. Bye bitter bloggers
Have a great (bitter) afternoon and evening and enjoy the concert.
As Cookie Czar I have received all memo’s and comments fr the Czar head (actually most trusted agent John), and dept heads as well as bureau heads, staff, staffers and their staff as well, and those that just came along, as well as other constituents both inside and outside the domain, of course, and being very concerned abt it all, tho not responsible in any way, at all ever, I must say, bitterness is in direct conflict with the mission of the Cookie Czar, and am sending memo’s immediately to mediate the situation. Please be aware of any incoming memo’s and those not directly addressing this prob, are not fr this office.
In the mean time am still looking for {tho not very hard, actually} for A Wall, who isn’t a wall at all, but still missing and suspect of having been kidnapped, however, as I haven’t heard fr John, my most trusted agent or Cat, head of the Dept of Covert Ops {prob still cruising} I have no immediate info regarding her where abts. I might think she ran off with her first staffer, a most responsible usually, person, so have set other operatives to research this possibility. In the mean time, the fly was actually a mole sent to invade and report anything that made no sense at all, or maybe did, but is dead now. We mourn the fly…
A brave operative…
Having noted and duly sent memo’s to all staff, staffers and dept heads and bureau chiefs, as well as all covert operatives, and their staff and staffers, I must concede that I feel Maddy has hit on a better and more descriptive, as well as informed as well as smart and always nice, definition of Kool Aide Soak, is definitely too aggressive, and after careful consideration {not actually very careful} am changing the name to The Citizen Refeshmt Initiative. A letter will be immediately sent to be put in the file of this constituent {I do keep files, my one thing I do well!!!} as a person of interest who might be paying any attn at all, tho I am not at all concerned, as I still do not have a ride home, and am on the beach in Tahiti! lol
Further investigation of the cookie dough recall has revealed that the cookie dough was deliberately contaminated by Brownie operatives. Head Brownie, Devil’s Bungle, denies any responsibility, but all our covert operatives point to his covert operatives as being absolutely culpable in the debacle. Devil’s Bungle is scrambling his cabinet and demanding that the Brownie Bus leave town immediately, with his cabinet members and covert operatives either on the bus or under it. (His private directive, obtained in an exclusive coup by our Director of Covert Operations, makes it clear which one he prefers, but more on that later) This stands to be the Devil’s Bungle’s Waterloo. With the Donut Party clearly on the side of the Cookie Party, (despite their feeble support during the Keebler Vote the other night, when their empty centers were filled with Holes provided by the Brownie Party and they proved in moderation, once again, if you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything) the Cookie party stands to take sweeping control of the House of Confections, and the Desserts will surely follow suit, in view of the glaring absence of Devil’s Bungle, who normally votes present in such matters, but was trying to skid out of town on the Brownie Bus with his cabinet members and covert operative either on the bus or under it, of which it is too soon to tell as the bus is currently stalled in front of the Sugar House. Cookie Czar Gini stands to win a sweeping referendum tonight.
Having received and duly noted memo fr the Chief of Protocol, Sterling, and being of not very sound mind, one might think, I am sending a memo to all dept’s, chief’s, John {who thinks he is the Czar of Czar’s…NOT} all staffers and staff and friends and fam and those that just came along, to definitely send a memo to Betty, or whoever is in chg of my transportation home, and as I am in mourning at this time, over Fly, most trusted agent, and still looking for A Wall, who is not a wall at all, or kidnapped, but am enjoying the beaches and the cute steward bringing drinks to be tested, as I am absolutely engaging in DD, and having not heard fr Lanna, chief of the Dept of Pandemic Disease {huh?], I am certainly, clearly, not responsible for anything at all, on any day, for any reason, at all ever. I hope this memo is clear and decisive, as I strive for that most certainly, in allllll things in the domain. lol
Hello Gini
Hi Cecil…just lost one! Haven’t lost many tho, to my amazement. lol
http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2009/06/study-19-ambassador-nominees-bundled-48-million-for-presidents-campaign-inauguration.html
A Canadian National freight train derailed, triggering an explosion Friday night that left at least two people critically injured and prompted officials to evacuate the area northwest of Chicago amid concerns more of the train’s cars might catch fire.
Rockford Fire Chief Derek Bergsten said the injured people were in a vehicle that was waiting for the train to pass a crossing. Bergsten said three of them ran from the car when it was bombarded with flying railroad ties from the derailment and were severely burned by flaming ethanol from the explosion about 80 miles northwest of Chicago.
The three were taken to OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in serious to critical condition, and one of them was later airlifted to Stroger Hospital in Chicago, Bergsten said.
