Hey Lori….looks like Carolynro snapped. I think it stinks that some people won’t tolerate anyone who has an opposing view. They don’t know how to debate and they don’t want to. A nearly 14-hour standoff on a ranch in North Dakota ended Saturday with the arrest of two men who escaped from a rural Alabama prison more than 1,200 miles away, a federal law enforcement official said.

Joshua Southwick, 26, and Ashton Mink, 22, were apprehended following two shootouts with North Dakota law enforcement, nearly two weeks after their brazen escape from the Perry County Detention Center in Uniontown, Ala.

Also taken into custody were two women who authorities said helped the men escape: Angela Diana Mink, 25, and Jacquelin Rae Kennamer Mink, 25, Mink’s sister and wife, respectively.

The summit of Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano is glowing brightly as molten lava swirls 300 feet below its crater’s floor, bubbling near the surface after years of spewing from the volcano’s side.

The expanding vent of Halemaumau crater helps confirm scientists’ belief that the lava is close to the surface of the summit, said Janet Babb, a geologist and spokeswoman for the U.S. Geological Survey’s Hawaiian Volcano Observatory.

I just read your Sunday blurb about posting different opinions on the board. I have watched your show for a while and I mostly like it. One Sunday when I strongly disagreed with something said on your show, I thought I would shoot off an e-mail and that’s when I found this blog. I soon found out that I was not welcome and I was called names such as “libturd” and whacko, even though I explained to everyone that I was Independent and usually vote a split ticket. I was accused of being a moderate, which I am, and I was attacked for it relentlessly. You can easily look back and see what happened. There were a few posters who were friendly, but they are not “regulars”! Much stronger language was used against me than I ever used, or would use, even though we are on the internet and that seems to bring out the worst in people for some reason. I apologized for offending anyone, but for the most part my apology was not accepted.

I wish you continued success with your show. I admit that during the week I mostly watch “Morning Joe” on MSNBC, so to me you and your crew are the only “Fox & Friends” I know. I do think that some of the Fox shows “cross the line” and really make the other side angry, and maybe that’s why there are so many angry posters on the blog. I would like to see a less partisan blog for sure. Good luck.

But what caused the Airbus A330 to crash with 228 people on board will remain a mystery — unless searchers can locate the plane’s black box data and voice recorders, likely buried deep in the middle of the ocean.

Two high-tech devices from the U.S. Navy that can detect emergency beacons to a depth of 20,000 feet (6,100 meters) are being flown to Brazil on Monday with a U.S. Navy team, according to the Pentagon. They will be delivered to two French tugs that will listen for transmissions from the boxes.

I can’t even begin to cover the number of falsehoods in that post. But I’ve exposed those of you before and have no desire to revisit them.

But I will point out the absolute unmitigated lack of class it takes for someone to come into a blog that belongs to the employee of FOX News and advertise another show on another network.

What difference does it make to post during the show? Sorry, I don’t get up that early! LOL

You bash FOX and it’s shows and post that you don’t often get up to watch this one, but tell Ms Alisyn you watch and like the show.

You are simply unable to post the truth and this isn’t the first time I’ve pointed this out. you were never bashed for your point of view so much as your inability to tell the truth.

I have never wanted or desired a blogger to leave this blog, congrats, you are the first. There is nothing to admire or respect in a person that is unable to tell the truth.

The recovery of Air France Flight 447’s tail section could provide key clues as to why the airliner with 228 people on board went down in the Atlantic and where best to search for the black boxes, experts said.

The tail section includes the vertical stabilizer — which keeps the plane’s nose from swinging back and forth — and the rudder, which generates and controls the side-to-side motion of an aircraft.

The data and voice recorders are located in the fuselage near the tail.

In a video posted Monday on a Web site, Brazil’s air force revealed that search crews had recovered the vertical stabilizer from the tail section of the plane. Brazilian military officials have refused to detail the large pieces of the plane they have found.
