Boomer today, Terrell tomorrow

Former NY Jets quarterback Boomer Esaison stopped by today to help me with my picks.  Tomorrow Dallas Cowboy’s wide receiver Terrell Owens will help me get me in shape…take a look at some of the behind the scenes footage…

Boomer is NOT fair and balanced when it comes to the Steelers.. LOL Boooo Boomer! j/k of course… I suppose he was an OK QB.. LOL!

Comment by chas

LOL Lori. Anyone that thinks as much of Favre as Boomer does is OK in my book. ;)

Not my fault that he wrong on the Dallas Game, but he is correct on the Steelers.

Say Chas, who’s this Boomer Esaison character muscling in on our gig? Oh yeah, a former All-Pro NFL Quarterback. Nevertheless, I don’t think we should let this bully push us around, right? Say right, Chas. Oh please, say right!

Here are my picks to win this week:

Atlanta

Washington

Pittsburgh

Giants

AC,

That was really cool interview and you turned the tables on many of your viewers who watch your show both weekly and weekend while working out at the gym. Great workout tips also

Good job

Without giving anything away A.M., I believe that the games are going to be as follows:

Chicago @ Green Bay
Dallas @ Washington
San Diego @ Pittsburgh
Baltimore @ NY Giants

But that was just the last I heard.

Either way, he just gets to step in for the day. We still rule. After all we’ve taken her from last to second.
two more weeks and we’ll be pushing for first. ;)

respectfully,
chas

Lori,

I believe that Boomer picked the Steelers. If so that was also my pick.

All home teams this week, but there might have been a change in one of the games. I thought the Packers were one. We will see tomorrow.

Space shuttle astronauts unfurled a 100-foot, laser-tipped pole and surveyed their ship for any launch damage Saturday while drawing ever closer to their destination, the international space station.

At least two pieces of debris were spotted Friday night in launch photos, Mission Control reported, and engineers were poring over the images to determine whether anything hit it.

The spacecraft and its crew of seven were on track to hook up Sunday afternoon with the space station, currently home to three astronauts.

A hobbyist with a metal detector struck both gold and silver when he uncovered an important cache of ancient Celtic coins in a cornfield in the southern Dutch city of Maastricht.

Archaeologists say the trove of 39 gold and 70 silver coins was minted in the middle of the first century B.C. as the future Roman ruler Julius Caesar led a campaign against Celtic tribes in the area.

chas, chas, chas,——–you are a Norman fan?

I will agree with lorbe103 except——the Cowboys will win against the Skins.

Your reportng now on the California fires. Truely dramatic video. I was wondering how the damaged will be paid for and if the tax payers will be on the hook for this too. I certainly have a big heart, but my wallet doesn’t match my hearts size.

After hoping all week to get Reggie Bush back in the lineup, the New Orleans Saints put the running back on the inactive list Sunday.

The Saints and Kansas City Chiefs both had several starters inactive. With Bush missing his third game with a knee injury, he was joined by fullback Mike Karney and center Jonathan Goodwin, who also had problems with knees.

The Chiefs had five starters out, four on defense, as they prepared for the Saints’ top-ranked offense. Out were cornerback Brandon Flowers, linebackers Pat Thomas and Derrick Johnson and defensive end Tamba Hali. Also out were nickle back Patrick Surtain and guard Adrian Jones.
