I myself have been married to my second wife for 25 years. We are in our 50's. We both agree that we both have different aspects of life and we sit and talk about it. She is an RN, I was in the military and after that I worked on the Pipeline to the US. Our only one topic in common is love of nature and the night sky. Our lives have been inriched by my interest in her medical field, and her interest in my hobbies. We have both found that talking to each other about the days work, helps unwind and helps us both to see each as an indiviual but linked by the love we share. So , I say... degree's of seperation is what you or couples chose to make. Two lonely souls in one house makes for no life.
