We cannot prove the beer vendor supplied the booze.
Security has a part for not getting the ID on the guy who caused the injury, it could be a coverup. What did they do with that guy if he was drunk. The ballclub should be offering to help as they did not control the security for the guests.

Oh my goodnes! What do I think of Jane Novak? She is a kind, loving, intelligent, wise and compassionate woman that has harnassed the power of the pen of the to help others to have the opportunity to enjoy freedom ..... the same freedom that we enjoy.

God bless Jane the enemy of Yemen's corrupt government. I am happy to be in her and Mr. al-Khawaini's corner!

Three to blame for the squishing incident:

1. The stadium.

2. People who did not attend the game.

3. Your relatives in Iceland.

Anybody but the drunk, who did the deed-
Isn't that how our society tends to feed?

Carlos Martinez... I agree with your post about America... but I must share with you that unless my comments on a few other topics (homosexuality, Gitmo etc.) mysteriously appear on this blog... then all here are unknowing witnesses to censorship in this country by an alleged unbiased media outlet already... just to avoid "controversey".

On the trials at Gitmo ...

Though as Americans we might know that all men across the globe are endowed by their Creator with the certain inalienable rights that we here in the United States are blessed to realize, we must also understand that the freedom to express those rights as a society was bought with the high price of the precious blood of our forefathers and their posterity. To argue that those bought rights should extend to non-citizens (especially those who are known, self-avowed enemies of this country) not only cheapens American citizenship but it is absolutely masochistically ignorant. It is ultimately up to the citizens of every other country on this planet to depose their tyrants and to earn for themselves the privileged realization of their own rights, the rights that we Americans know. These terrorists are not American citizens and certainly they have no claim to the blood that bought those rights for her citizens especially considering that they would gladly desecrate that blood, the memory of its fallen and the ideals that it represents.

I hope this is posted as it is only right after such a post by George to correct him and sailor
Such a shame George does not know about history and how can anyone say that about Mr Lambert, he does not know the man nor does he know much about this subject .
The confederate flag was used because the south made a flag which had to look different to the one the north was using other southern flags which were the stars and bars were so much looking like the northern one on the battle field.
As for the American flag standing for liberty , maybe George could tell that to the American native who were killed, butchered, maimed and displaced, maybe they could tell that to the southerners who were killed for just singing their songs, not being allowed to vote for over 10 years in LA or maybe those who were killed and raped by General sherman's army. or tell that to the slaves who were brought here under the flag
Maybe they could tell that to the blacks who were put on experiment etc etc etc
The point I am trying to make and I hope this gets posted as George and the like would benefit from knowing this is that bother sides have had a dark past so to think of one is great and the other is bad is a very simplistic way of looking at things

I don't know if this will get posted as it it seems most of my posts never do but here goes again

People will view the confederate flag much like Irans leader will view the holocost. Irans leader is not educated about the subject and has a very narrow thinkiing of it and this is the very same with the confederate flag and tghe war between the states.
Since moving to the south I have found southerners very much more knowledgable abou tthis subject while I ofund my self as well northerners very uneducated about it, When I did look into the subject and why the war between the states happened and why , when , how the cionfederate battle flag was used I was amazed at just how much I was ignorant to history.
I just hope history will be taught inschools and I mean the factual version not the PC uneducated version some teachers will probabaly have on this subject

Nah. I'm not fed up. Although I do get a bit disgusted with all the accolades people get for helping or adopting people from other countries when there are Americans in the same situations and yet don't receive nearly the same time or effort.

I'm not saying we shouldn't help people from other countries. Nor should we turn our heads away from populaces under the boot of tyrannical governments. But come on. Where is the outcry from liberals and Hollywood psuedo intellectuals (like Michael Moore, Susan Sarandon, et al) for housing this Nation's poor?

I am very proud to have served in this Country's military and am proud to be an American. I believe this Country is, hands down, the most generous and forgiving country in the World. We didn't just forgive Japan at the end of World War II; we helped rebuild it and made it one of the World's strongest economic players. The same goes for Germany, Italy and other nations. We understand as a nation that all of us (all nations of the World) have to live together on the same blue ball as it goes careening through space.

The United States has the military might and technology to destroy ANY other country that might really piss us off. Our military doesn't even have to leave its recliner to push a couple buttons and end the existence of ANY nation we want. But we don't. Because it wouldn't make any sense. That says a lot about the character of this Nation.

Could you say the same about certain despotic-lead countries like Venezuela, Iran or Korea? What if any of those countries had the power to dictate World policy? And what if they had the same weapons capabilities? Would anyone want a radical, religious zealot have his finger over the button of an ICBM? And yet Rosie O'Donnell sings their praises while bashing the United States. [Note to Rosie; the leader of Iran says there aren't any gays in his country. If you really want to make a political statement, how about moving to Iran. That'll show him!]

There's an old adage; charity begins at home. That's all I'm saying.

To Carlos Martinez:

A country that is an American ally has a religous sect that believes that if a woman is raped, it is her fault. And because this disgraceful act (of being raped) belittles the family (of the rape victim) then she (the victim) needs to be severely punished. So her (the rape victim) family members (father, brother, uncle) often set the victim on fire or hack her to death with a machete or whatever. And the local government basically turns its head. Because she had it coming. So, the judge, jury and executioner are the victim's own family members.

And yet we give millions of dollars in aid to this country every year. Not to mention share technology and educational opportunities. At least we're helping out the male members of these families. I can't say we're doing anything for the female members that are being set aflame.

So, Doug of Lexington... Am I bummed out? Nah. Cynical? Nah. Perturbed? A little. What have I done to help out my fellow Americans? I've worked as a volunteer for troubled teens and a few other things. Am I doing enough? I don't think so. But I don't think the Clintons, or the Gores, or the Kennedys, or the Jesse Jacksons, or the Al Sharptons are either. Not as long as they continue to spend more money on themselves (hosting fancy dinners, on ridiculously priced clothing, first class trips, etc.) than I earn in a year. But then again, I'm not out to impress anyone. Maybe that's all part of it.
