It is well documented that Carter's approach was a disaster -- never mind the phony Peace Price. Remember, it was in the Carter administration the radicals took over Iran and the whole mess of hate American started. For 444 days our Embassy staff were held hostage by the radical Iranians. Jimmy Carter's idea was to talk with the radicals much like Barack Hussein Obama is touting now. Iran released the hostages only because Ronald Regan was elected president and his message was loud and clear, unlike that of the wimpy Jimmy The Peanut Farmer Carter's.
