Oh how festive! I believe you guys had too much fun. You should have run up to Brian’s radio show and crack an egg on his head.

‘If we had some bacon, we could have some bacon and eggs, if we had some eggs.’
Missed you today. I hope all is well. The Aly cat needs a day every now and then to prowl around away from the den.

Alison, I enjoyed the egg segment and also your singing.

THRU: The Alisphere

TO: Alibloggers

Sister Camerota is out of the classroom and no substitute.

Did anyone see her close out yesterdays show as the mariachi band played? That girl has got rhythm! I only caught a few nanoseconds of her dancing but, WOW, what a dance machine. I understand Janice Dean the Weather Machine can (vernacular from days gone by) “cut a rug” “busta move” etc.

I knew the girl has more responsibilities than to monitor the miscreants in the Alisphere.
Sister Camerota would make a habit look good.

At Christ the King, the turnkeys were Benedictines. I was a favorite target of Sister Michelle. The good Syster (intentionally misspelled to evoke images of Styx) said to me one time in this sort of sorrowful croon, “Oh, Will Penny. You are going to hell.”

Syster Michelle could have been a middle linebacker. She had powerful forearms that were covered with black hair and muscled up. Just describing her induces recovered memories of her coming down the aisle with the fires of hell burning in her eyes, and her habit unfurling behind her.

Oh well, God does have Her plan and Sister Michelle probably contributed significantly to making me the hard working, good, upstanding citizen I am. Being tossed about like a rag doll put the fear of God in me.

BTW, yesterday I remarked about “El Doocy” and segued into “El Kabong.” Don’t get me wrong, I love Steve and Brian. But last night on my way home from the salt mines, I thought of Steve and Brian as “El Kabong” and Babalouie (sp).” Lo and behold, this morning they almost transmogrified into these characters.

REGARDING TSA SCREENING LAPTOPS.

I agree with that stunning beauty and tower of strength Gretchen Carlson. The lines will be enormous. I also agree with El Kabong, Steve Doocy. TSA has no bidness doing this. Could this be a subtle way of discouraging travelers from bringing laptops on board? Especially with “Go to Meeting” available.

That was fun to watch – especially Gretchen mauling Steve with Ironman. Your giggles are infectious!

Alisyn, I don’t get to check your blog everyday, but when I do have time, there is always something interesting from the past several days – vidoeos, photos, recipes…Thank you!

(Hope you’re feeling better!)

Well, um, hey, eggs! can’t go wrong. Was that glitter? and did Gretchen actually stuff an Ironman action figure into Steve’s jacket? Happy belated Cinco de Mayo.

Now you know how the kids in Texas celebrate Cinco de Mayo! They get very little done that day. BTW those eggs take a very long time to make, but you can buy them at local craft fairs. I have a friend that makes them, they are too much work.

[...] New Photos! by Alisyn Camerota Check out some photos from behind the scenes of Brian’s birthday bash and some of hockey legend Mark Messier. And if you want to see me wearing a sombrero (and why wouldn’t you?) go to the Cinco de Mayo post. [...]
