Ok Alyson, I was completley wrong on the cherry now you need to confess to us.

I remember confession in my parochial days, everyone who had first communion through 12th grade went to confession the last Friday of the month. We all lined up for confession a few feet from the confessional booth which had heavy curtains. We used a lot of visiting priests and retired priests to come and listen to the entire school and convent or any adult that wanted to sit through the event.

The last thing you wanted to hear from the priest is speak up I cant hear you. It was amazing to realize you were less a sinner when you heard those words.

I have a question somewhat related to this show topic, but more relevant of just about any Green Room topic. The FOX personalities, especially yourself, appear to possess a keen eye for fashion, and the Green Room provides us viewers with ample opportunities to see “Who’s wearing what, or who, or how, or where… etc, etc.” So my question is this: Can I wear purple, or any close derivative of purple, with mustard (the color, not the condiment)? I’ve noticed several TV “personalities” wearing this color combo in the past, and none of them seem able to do so even remotely successfully. In fact, this purple-mustard combo is rather jarring on the eyes. Advice? I’m considering donating all of my purple-hued clothing to charity. Thanks.

Mr. DePlume,
Purple is fine unless your flesh is a sallow mocha, also known as beige.

Alisyn, I have a question you are Fox News with all the different professionals around there why are half the greenroom still pictures blurry or with bad lighting. If you need someone who can take a clear picture let me know I’ll be happy to.

Comment by Alisyn Camerota

Yes, we need your help, clearly.

Alisyn, I used to be a bouncer for a couple of bars that had both male and female strippers on seperate night,(small town friday and sat nights) Im here to tell you the WOMEN were the worst ofthe 2 nights to work, they were ruder and cruder than any of the men.

Comment by Tommie

I have to agree with the comment that women find male strippers disgusting. I truly do not get the fascination with sweaty strange men jiggling their junk in your face. I think of all the places these people may have been or people they have been with and It’s a total turnoff for me. My husband thinks that my opinion is a ploy to hide my real, hidden interest. I’m sure he thinks this way because If it was reversed he would not be offended (depending on the woman stripping) in the least. Great stuff after the show. You guys are a blast.

A true lady never risks doing something that would cause embarrassment to herself, to her family or to her friends - and Jenna is a lady. Takes after her mom.

Hey Alisyn,

Thanks for your perspective on bachelorette parties. Men are men and women are women. It is unfortunate that the dividing line has been skewed during our lifetime. There is nothing more powerful to a man than a women who is sure of her femininity and sexuality, just as there is nothing more desirable to a woman than a man who esteems and respects her. Baby, you’ve got the power. I enjoy your perspective on things. B/T/W…who needed the confessor, you or the priest?!

Not really a comment on this specific thread, but I just wanted to log on to let you know how much all me and my expat friends working down here in Mexico love your show.

Fox & Friends starts here in Cancun at 4am, just when I’m getting up to go to work. Yes, there are other crazy people out there who get up and face the public in what most people would consider the middle of the night.

You all keep me informed and amused and most importantly you’re all a lifeline back to the states and home. Please don’t change a thing! I can’t imagine not starting the morning with the gang on Fox! Your art, professionalism and human touch is noticed and truly appreciated!!!!

Rod,
Thank you for your sweet post! Nice to know you’re joining us every morning.

Please don’t criticize Jenny Bush’s bachelorette party. It was so refreshing to hear that she didn’t have wild stripper, booze party. Would you want something like that for your daughter. I was very proud of her choice.

As asked, I did email my phone numbers back to you over a week ago regarding my greeting. I’ve never gotten a call back. So, I’m not too sure what’s up with that.

BTW, when are the greetings aired? I haven’t heard any of them yet. Is it during F&F-First or during the F&F show?

Comment by Alisyn Camerota

I don’t know Gwen but let me correct that. Can we have your number again?

Hey the Fox & Friends page has a section called “Above the Fold”. Anyone else think it’s funny that it’s actually placed below the fold of the page?

Comment by Ed Bobbin

What a great show you guys! And the Aired show too, lol! Brians’ defense of Steve seemed way un appreciated but I think he gets kinda beat down by all of you regularly. Speaking of that PLEASE explain why Chris Wallace is so ruthless to Brian since he will be on the show today. And we are all waiting for you to pony up about your party Alisyn - your not off the hook!

Comment by Alisyn Camerota

You might be waiting a long time…

OK - I was waiting for open blog Friday, but I don’t see it anywhere….

Why are the presidential candidates not being pressed on the issue of re-funding our Social Security program BEFORE we take on another huge program such as universal health care? I am so frustrated with people just throwing up their hands and saying “oh well, SS will not be there when I retire”. I refuse to believe that, but want to see any candidate put forth a plan to save it. Please, FOX - make this a discussion issue on one of your shows!!!!

Alisyn,

You gotta write about the cherry!! You promised!

Just to let you know the tables get turned on the men sometimes, i went to a stripclub with my buddies, girl dancing on stage in front of me tells me to stand up..takes off my belt(never heard of that before), pulls up my shirt rubs my chest and stomach, then in one lightning fast motion(and i was a tad drunk, slowed my chetah like reflexs!) pulls me forward, bends me over the stage, hikes down my pants and starts spanking me with my own belt! My buddies were farther down the stage, looked over and said what the hell is going on down there! Definately surprised me and just goes to show you dont know what is going to happen to you… Hope you share!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leap_year

In the Gregorian calendar, the current standard calendar in most of the world, most years whose division by 4 equals an integer are leap years. In a leap year, the month of February has 29 days instead of 28. Adding an extra day to the calendar every four years compensates for the fact that a solar year is almost 6 hours longer than 365 days.

However, some exceptions to this rule are required since the duration of a solar year is slightly less than 365.25 days. Years which are evenly divisible by 100 are not leap years, unless they are also evenly divisible by 400, in which case they are leap years.[1][2] For example, 1600 and 2000 were leap years, but 1700, 1800 and 1900 were not. Going forward, 2100, 2200, 2300, 2500, 2600, 2700, 2900, and 3000 will not be leap years, but 2400 and 2800 will be. By this rule, the average number of days per year will be 365 + 1/4 − 1/100 + 1/400 = 365.2425, which is 365 days, 5 hours, 49 minutes, and 12 seconds.

The Gregorian calendar was designed to keep the vernal equinox on or close to March 21, so that the date of Easter (celebrated on the Sunday after the 14th day of the Moon that falls on or after 21 March) remains correct with respect to the vernal equinox.[3] The vernal equinox year is about 365.242374 days long (and increasing), whereas the average year length of the Gregorian calendar is 365.2425.

The marginal difference of 0.000125 days means that in around 8,000 years, the calendar will be about one day behind where it is now. But in 8,000 years, the length of the vernal equinox year will have changed by an amount which cannot be accurately predicted (see below). Therefore, the current Gregorian calendar suffices for practical purposes, and Herschel’s correction (making 4000 AD not a leap year) will probably not be necessary.

Love the F & F show every morning. The after the show show is a hoot. Can’t believe you all get paid for this. I wouldn’t mind getting paid for having fun either. Keep it up, I watch it every day at work.

Well, missed the show and clearly sorry I did. Aliysn, maraschino cherries, bachelorette party? All I can say is that stock prices of cherry producers must be way up by now after hearing about that trifecta!
