I’m not quite sure how you and Steve can be proud of any political ‘commentary’ you do on your show. I mean, you are obviously taking marching orders from your extremely vindictive Republican superiors and I have to wonder if one day you’re going to just say ‘enough’? Are you guys really surprised that the Democrats don’t want to debate on your ‘news network’?

I think I’m pretty open minded but I find it impossible to watch your program. Show some respect for yourself and your audience and try to be a little more objective. I can only imagine that they must be paying you ton of money to sell out every morning.

In my humble opinion, this is all a big publicity stunt. Sales are off, and why not do something like this? The Barista’s should know how to make a Latte by now. And what about the new employee’s, are they going to get trained the same. I hope the girl that makes the Latte at 5 AM does not have to be at this publicity stunt, meeting tonight.

Shutdown

Starbuck closed and caused anarchy
How could they expect people to go without coffee
Utensils knocked on counters and rattle bars
There were people honking from within their cars
Dissatisfaction brought disasters all about
Over in Florida they experienced a black out
When they closed they never suspected this catastrophe
Never again will Starbucks forced us to give up coffee

As a fellow New Englander I’d like to say it’s GREAT you’re finally starting to show off those fantastic stems. It’s what keeps this liberal glued to the set. Keep it up and THANK YOU ! ! !

Steve constantly puts down Starbucks. You should visit the one in Ocean City, MD. Those baristas are so top notch and personal that I would actually leave them in my will. They know all about my family, ask every time about them and know exactly what I am going to order before it comes out of my mouth. I gave them all Christmas gifts this year. They are excellent.

It is obvious that Mondo was not dealing well with Starbucks being closed!

Alisyn to finish the question, me? Meaning you, the answer is yes!

I looked the Starbucks/troops controversy up on Snopes.com and they claim it to be untrue.

Aly, the first hour in the morning goes by way to fast!

How many days did the mom let this nanny abuse her twins? The nanny is shown wearing at least two different sets of clothes. That doesn’t change the fact that the nanny should get out of the nanny business and find a more appropriate line of work. Maybe a server at Starbucks?

But, wouldn’t most of us jump up, go directly home and put an end to such abuse immediately?

Comment by Wes

With everything else going on in this world, I wouldn’t even notice if Starbucks closed for a whole WEEK!

About BHO middle name, just what are we not to mention about the other candidates? Seems that BHO has a bunch of things that are politically incorrect to talk about, unlike the other candidates.

IF Mondo finds it so impossible to watch the show then why isn’t Mondo just watching another show instead of complaining? If he doesn’t like the commentary on F&F then try MSNBC or one of the network shows.
For someone claiming to be open minded Mondo certainly seems to be open to the suggestions of the Fox haters on the far left.
One should not be so open minded that one’s brain falls out.

I wish Allyson would pose in like Maxum magazine; thats a magazine wear you actually stay clothed; she is so gorgeous and beautiful. There has to be a tasteful magazine that Allyson could pose in. Her personality is also 2nd to none.

Alyson :

What’s up with Starbucks ? I have only been there once in my life……and frankly , I don’t like getting ripped off……$ 4.00 for a cup of coffee ? I don’t think so lol I make my own coffee in the morning and am a coffee lover.

Warmest Regards,

Cesare

Is Starbucks still in business? Never noticed! What do they sell anyways?

Oh, ALisyn, you sure do look pretty this morning! Will you marry me? And I don’t even drink coffee.

Good political satire is always based in truth and that is why the SNL skit worked so well. Not sure of what the exact dynamic is, but there seems to be a hands off approach to this guy like no other.

I just had Tea and strumpets instead.

I am disappointed that you are spending so much time talking about the cost of honesty. The fact that she is having an affair shows that she does not hold her marriage in high regard. With the rate of failed marriages rising in our country today, tearing apart families, to capitalize on this is criminal. I have always thought of you as true journalists, but this is a piece more suited to the Enquirer than Fox and Friends. I assume that since it is a Fox network show, you are playing this over and over for the publicity. How sad that people will tune into the destruction of a marriage. Where did integrity go.

It is interesting that in you complain about your local Starbucks in NYC. I have visited NYC and my impression is that the customer service at any establishment is rude, crude, and non-friendly. I go to Starbucks at least 6 out of 7 days a week at various times during the day. At every Starbucks I have been too locally where I live and when I travel I have NEVER had a rude, crude, or non-friendly barista. I have been in line behind customers who are rude, crude, and non-friendly and should be denied service until they have a good disposition. Maybe Mr. Shultz should find out where the worst customer service is and improve on those stores and reward stores who give 5-star service.

Come to the South and you will get great service.

mondo… who would you prefer to watch..the nut job on msnbc keith oldberman?…I send my grandkids out of the room when his face comes acrss the screen…don’t want them to be traumatize for life…

Comment by Saundra

I could care less whether they open or close. How come we don’t hear about how they don’t support our troops? When asked to donate coffee to the troops the response is ” we don’t support the war”. We are not asking Starbucks to support the war..we are asking them to support our troups…why can’t they donate?

Comment by Mondo

This may not be the thread for this (who cares about Starbucks closing for an evening anyway?) but, Mike, yeah, I have stopped watching, even out of morbid curiosity.

Angelo, isn’t it easier to just change the channel rather than send the kids out of the room every time you see KO’s face? (so…you watch MSNBC as well? hmmm…)

Whatever….Alisyn and Steve, shame on you, and you know what I’m talking about.
