Welcome back Steve! I try to watch F&F in the morning as I get ready for my military duty. I am a trainer at a base in the Midwest. I just wanted to comment on “the dressed photo” that the Clinton campaign circulated. So by Senator Obama being in garments of his ancestors, he is considered wrong? So does this mean that people of Scottish heritage can’t wear kilts under the Clinton? Russians? Germans? Native Americans? Is this the start of of Hillary Clinton’s idea of universal “ethnicity” to go along with universal healthcare? I will not be voting for either Democratic candidate, but this “dressed photo was as much out of line as the NYT article on Senator McCain. Mudsling politics at its…worst. Thank you.
Love the AtSS! There are so many of you guys at Fox that do such a great job I have a hard time deciding who is my favorite. So I think Ill just say “all of you are the best!”

hey steve, why are all the networks calling the democrat candidates and democrat strategists, “democratic”" candidates and “”democratic” strategists? they are simply democrats aren’t they?

Alisyn – First of all I watch each morning at 5:55 to 6.05 AM then I get ready for work.
Ralp Nader – You mentioned WHY is he bothing to run. I agree will he get elected – no, of course not. BUT I saw him on meet the press Sunday 2/24 and he had some interesting points.
All the yhree candidates do is pick at each other. Wouldn’t it be refreshing if they actually discussed the issues and problems. aand more importantly tell us now what specific programs they have.I.E.
* FEMA (disgrace of Katrina including the trailers that now can’t be used)
* Social Security – Millions of boomers will start collecting soon.
* Pending Recession
* Health care (which is a disgrace)

If nothing else he could POSSIBLY turn this into a win win for many americans.

I got up late this morning 620 am,it was a great show,I didnt know about it till I went to work and one of my customers said I heard you on Fox& Friends this morning,I said what, you got to be kidding me,he said no you were on as soon as the show started,I was so mad,but he said I taped it,
I said no way,he said yes I will bring it to you after work,so Jim came in with the tape and a vcr and me and some of my customers watched Fox& Friends at 630pm how sweet is that,I liked the expression on steves face,so cool,Alisyn I wished I would of seen it live,but I wont get up late again,

I have a little secret for you…I’m on the show EVERYDAY at 6am. No kidding!
Do any of you ever feel when you are watching Obama speak to huge audiences that you are watching something out of your childhood? I am thinking of Professor Hill in the Music Man or Elmer Gantry. It just seems to me that his supporters know little of the specifics of what he plans to do and they are all just caught up in the emotion. I keep hearing “76 Trombones” every time I see him.
I think he will be a one term president if he wins because people will be so disllusioned when he does not follow through that they will turn on him, like they did with Jimmy Carter (my husband and I were two who did this with Carter in 1980 after 4 of the worst years in our marriage, financially.)

Alisyn, yesterday I begged Gretchen on an e-mail to Fox&Friends, not to put Senator Ted Kennedy on the air while singing in Spanish, any more…please ,please!! That was a true torture!
And since he is such an advocate against torturing terrorist with water boarding or underwear over their heads…….. perhaps he would agree to let them use the recording of his singing in Spanish for a few hours! I am sure the music to his ears….will make any terrorist “spill all the beans” very quickly!

It is such a refreshing pleasure to hear the news the way your network reports…..and it is the format with which all of you deliver it, that it makes me feel…in the living room, with just a friend telling me what just happened! You know, many others are trying to copycat you! But they are even near it….most are too “stuffy” and you can tell, when some one is forcing them selves to be nice and relaxed as you guys are, and just really can’t! Keep it up! YOU ARE n. 1!!!!

When are yall going to do a report on all the people learning to do “Crank Dat” by soldier boy. When they say “Superman that ______” and no one knows what that means! It cracked me up seeing Kathy from regis and Kathy learning to do the dance and had no idea what it really meant!

Allysn, I truly enjoy your banter each morning-especially with Brian. Today your “anti-Hillary” side was showing way too much. Without going into specifics-just look at the tape in your spare time. Let us not lose sight of the Fair and Balanced mantra that Fox has. The networks-all of them, and now Fox appear to be cutting Obama lots of slack. Are we concerned that negative reporting of Obama will generate a Racist claim by the likes of the Sharpton gang?
Another question for a Paisan-Is it Pasta or Macoaroni? Is it Sauce or Gravy-ask Brian and The Judge the same question. The answer seems to break along age groups.

Alisyn looks so good and healthy so early in the morning — I wake up with Butterfly’s (sigh). So why does Bill O’rielly Call steve “Mr Happy?” — You can always tell when Steve is missing from the show.

When I was a little girl, I had a mass of warts covering both of the balls of my feet. My doctor had my mom apply duct tape to the bottoms of my feet. I had to keep each application on my feet for several hours. It worked! The tape pulled the cores of the warts out, and my feet healed.

You’re so good at your job! Again I have to ask….didn’t anyone notice that Marie Osmond never said “I did NOT fake the fainting spell”. I went back and watched the clip. She’s beautiful and very funny but I think maybe she did fake it. Ever seen someone pass out? They never end up in a very pretty position on the floor AND they usually wet their pants. :-0

In your morning show one of your employees announced” closing a credit card helps your credit”.NOOOOO!!!
I am a full time credit advisor,asked to speak to professionals and lawyers about credit.I am a former University Professor and my book about this subject will be out in April.
As per all my and other respected writer’s research( Suze Orman,John Ulzheimer,Donna Fox,etc.) if you close a major credit card (American Express,Master Card,Visa,Discover ) you damage your “utilization ratio” , you wipe out your credit history on that particular card and lower your available balance.You can loose up to 50 points from your FICO score by closing one.
There are credit cards which you can close,but the FICO score system is a very delicate system .It works on profile cards ,so you can also swich to a less preferable card by closing a card.
If you have a new merchant card ,with a low limit than you can close it!!!
Please make sure you correct this mistake.
