Here's my secret: eat every meal standing up and intermitently wiping up spilled juice, picking up fallen toddlers and generally putting out fires (figurtive and, sometimes, literal!). And if you ever do sit down for dinner, make sure your food is completely cold and picked over by aforementioned toddlers before doing so. I find this all helps keep weight off.

Again, the presidential campaign is coming down to this national lament: "We just don't have much of a choice" or "We don't have anybody to vote for." And for a disturbingly large majority of the country, it is absolutely true. The small minority who live in one of the states with early primaries are determining who's "left" for the rest of us to vote for. By the time we have a chance to vote, it's either in a meaningless late primary after many candidates have dropped out or it's in the general election ("for who's left"). This is democracy for a few states and very little choice for the rest of us. It seems for this early primary voting to work fairly, the resulting electoral votes in all primaries must be awarded to the top two or three candidates according to percent of popular votes received (not winner takes all). This way most of the top candidates will still be around for most of the country to choose from. I'm tired of having someone else determine who I can vote for!!!

And by the way, Princess Diana died more than 10 years ago!!! Why does the media continue to give weekly updated reports on her death, as if it happened last Wednesday. Let her go. I'd rather have regular updates on where Elvis was last seen (which was in a Walmart in Pigeon Forge, Tn in January).

Seems like you could substitute the sugar with Splenda or Stevia and perhaps the butter with Canola Oil to make it more healthy. Perhaps even substituting enriched flower with a whole grain or wheat flour. It would probably increase the cooking time. Use long toothpicks and when it comes out clean then its cooked.
