YOU need to wangle the F & F job of covering the upcoming Daytona 500 here in my town. With or without Brian - if must be with, leave him the job of talking to drivers/owners about the race itself - although I think you’d agree you’d want to meet some of the HOT young guys yourself!!

It’s a TON more than just the drivers and the race…It is a Way Of Life for tens of thousands who will fill the hotels - and more interestingly the surrounding lots and fields with their massive and fully equipped RV’s (think huge flat screen TV’s, satellite fed, mounted inside the under-bus luggage lockers for viewing under the various RV tents!!)

You’d have more featurette’s than Fox has ever thought to cover before…IF - and this is our deal - you bring me (SAG card holder) and my business partner (life long NASCAR fan) into the production plan and some screen time!!!

A) that would actually be a good idea for site-hunting and story selection and b) we’d be decent “guides” on camera.

Gretchen, you are right on about the lack of respect. I’m only 37, and I feel a huge generation gap already, just in the area you were talking about. Anit-establishment aside, young people today are not taught to respect adults; and that comes from parents’ unwillingness to properly discipline their little ones. My daughter is living proof that kids CAN be respectful.

Ok, off my soap box now. Another great show… this is becoming a daily addiction, hanging with you guys.

Sorry Steve, but although the student may have been polite, there was no reason to call. The decision was made and he should have gotten ready for school instead of calling to find out why. Besides, three inches is nothing, how about 12? That would make me wonder, but if the community is doing their job and clearing the roads, then it will be safe to go to school. However, the wife was way off base. There was no cause for her reaction.

Here’s my question for Brian: When was the first time he actually traveled west of, say, Pennsylvania?

Being a Kansas girl (about the same age as Steve), I marvel sometimes at Brian apparent lack of context for “flyover”" country.

When I was in high school we went to a conference in Indiana, and students there from the east asked us if we had to deal with any Indians on the way!

About the whole cell phone thing. Not only is it a lack of respect, but a little bit of laziness combined with the notion that every need must be instantly satisfied. Sometimes you need to figure things out for yourself or wait for a forthcoming answer.

I would like to ask Brian why his wife and son did not come on the set/couch during the Christmas family time on after the show show? His 2 daughters who were adorable sat beside him and answered questions. I saw his wife and son a couple of times but they were kind of off camera.

I hope you enjoyed your long weekend. I thought I’d let you know that one of our local radio stations (WLVQ FM 96) named you and Lauri Dhue as two of the top 10 “hottest” television reporters. I didn’t really recognize the other names (well I knew one but I won’t mention her) as I am addicted to Fox News. When I heard Alisyn and Laurie I smiled as if I had some personal stake in the matter! Anyway, congratulations from Columbus, Ohio.

Alisyn, I would like to know why you and Gretchen have to expose so much of you flesh. I believe your show has done very well with the news and personalities that you guys have had in the past many years . So, every morning we get to see you guys come on stage, sit down and cross your legs so that every man can imagine. So, how does you husband accept this? Please take a look at the way you guys are presenting yourselves.

Is everyone blind out there or just can not see the handwrtting on the wall? Bill Clinton never received 50% of the vote in the elections he won, the reason, a third part candidate comes in and takes away Republican votes. Yet no one has caught on that Bloomburg is waiting to see if Hillary gets the nomination (or assured to get it) and he will jump in and once again, upset the election enough to allow Hillary to win without winning a majority of the vote. This is another Clinton tactic and if the truth be known, the Clinton secretly supported and funneled money to these candidates to keep them going. They are hoping history repeats itself and Bloomburg candidacy will take far more votes from the Republicans that Democrates. That is what the Clintons are counting on.

I was told by the people at http://www.curryforamerica.com that the new candidate for president, Jerry Curry, would be appearing on Fox and Friends this morning; but I can’t find a thing about him here!

It troubles me some that the interaction between you three hosts is so similtaneous that no one out here in Cable country can make out what you are saying. I understand the excitment of being on live TV, but where is the producer that does not encourage all of you to take turns and stop talking over one another. Also your guests do this incessantly. Make the rules clear to all talkers and if they blow it, pull the plug on them.

What happend to Julian ? He was on weekends with Mike and Juliette .

Why is it that Nancy Pelosi looks irritated that she has to sit behind the President while he is making his State of the Union Address?
