This was so moving, I watched the oldest marine just tear up. What a great generation of men we are losing each day! My FIL is a WW2 vet, and he is just so humble. I just love to see such great humble courageous men. When I asked my FIL how he felt about it, he said it was his duty to defend his country. Thanks for sharing such wonderful men young and old with us.
I saw my husband on tv(he’ s marine). I thought this was very nice of FOX to celebrate their birthday with them.My husband been in the Marine Corps for 9yrs and I’m so proud of him.
Thanks so much for showing the oldest Marine and youngest – and for saying Happy Birthday to the Marines. I am a mother of a Marine who is now serving his 2nd deployment in Iraq. OORAH!
Wow, thanks for posting this Alisyn! I missed the show this morning and didn’t even know about the Marine Corps Birthday. My grandfather, like the one guy from the clip, was a Marine in WWII as well (then spent his career as a special agent in the FBI). He likely knows about the birthday, but he’d never tell us about it… just the kind of guy he is (doesn’t like doctors, air conditioners and leaf blowers are for sissies, and doesn’t talk about personal stuff very often, especially if it would make him feel like you would admire him).
Anyway, thanks again for posting this. (And tell Greg Kelly that I don’t think McDonald’s gives away free meals to people on their birthday)
By the way Ali, let the fellas (Steve Doocy, and the brown haired guy that isn’t Steve Doocy) know that their “wedgy proof underwear” segment made “Clip of the Week” on The Soup (on E!).
God Bless all of our veterans! God Bless the United States Marine Corps and all Marines past present and future. God Bless all of those who unselfishly serve the cause of freedom. And God Bless FOX and Friends and the FOX network for having the courage to show how much they care about those who serve our Nation in our armed forces and the fact that they SHOULD be the most Valued and Respected human beings in our society. Were it not for these amazing human beings, you can bet, there would be no Freedom. We must never allow ourselves to become a Nation that does not recognize and Honor their contributions. This Nation exists ONLY because of their sacrifice!
Thanks to FOX and Friends also for their Monday excerpts from The National Museum of the Marine Corps at Quantico, VA. This is an awesome place dedicated to an awesome institution. It will only get greater every year. Every American and every person who values Freedom should visit.

I have been privileged to celebrate several Marine Corps birthday parties, both here and overseas. It’s always a moving and memorable function. God Bless our Marines, and God Bless the USA!!
Alisyn (and all of the F&F crew), thanks for all your coverage of this past weekend’s Veteran’s Day observances. I served in the Air Force for 21 years and for 1 war (Desert Shield/Desert Storm). Retired since 2000, I now serve my Air Force as the Assistant Director and Curator for the Peterson Air and Space Museum in Colorado Springs, one of 13 museums in the Air Force’s History and Heritage program. It is my privilege and distinct pleasure to tell the story of the Air Force and it’s members every day. Along with my brother and sister museum curators and Air Force historians, we are “The Keepers of Their Stories”.
And to our sister service, the US Marine Corps, a big “OOO-RAHH!!” on your 232nd!
Thanks for the coverage of the Marine Corps birthday and of the Veterans’ Day celebrations. My husband is a former Sailor and current Marine stationed in Iraq.
Thank you for giving them coverage that is good news!
A big shout out to Fox & Friends for a wonderful tribute to the Marines and to all our military on Veterans Day. If you listen to these fine men and women and don’t get a little choked up well then your not alive. It really makes me proud to be an American and live in the greatest country God has created. Happy Birthday Marine Corp and God bless all of you! Semper Fi!
Good Morning, I was very sad with your week-end people. If a white person said anything close to that Preachers comments, ya’ll would be all over them and the candidate. But because he’s black ,he has the right to say anything. You are who you run with. I think they are showing what they are really thinking . That preacher ,Oprah and Obbama. Just the other day ,that Ferroro lady really said nothing and she had to quit and Hillary had to say she was sorry.Won’t someone stand up for whats right ? By the way , I’m a white old Christian – Proud to be an American from Texas lady. Harriett
